In 1993 Ms. Gray obtained a Masters Degree in Public Policy and Administration and in 1999 she obtained her Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law. During law school, Ms. Gray worked for Cornerstone as an advocate for victims of domestic violence. In 2000, she started her own law practice, focusing on Civil Litigation, with an emphasis on Family, Employment, Business and Criminal Law.
Ms. Gray is an appointed member of the Fourth Judicial District' s Family Violence Coordinating Council and in 2001 she received a Certificate of Commendation from Governor Ventura for her volunteer work with Legal Aid. Other involvements include: Minnesota State Bar Association, Hennepin County Bar Association, Chrysalis Law Clinic, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Tubman Family Alliance, and Father' s Resource Center.
